How to make a smoker Minecraft?

 

The basic materials you would need to make a smoker is 7 logs and 8 cobblestones. Now, to make the smoker you need to place 1 furnace in the centre and 4 wooden logs or stripped logs around it. You need to use a 3x3 crafting grid. There is no specification in the wood type. You need to place all these basic ingredients in proper order and when the smoker gets ready, drag it and place it in the inventory.

Always remember that you must use the crafting table to make the smoker. So, to initiate the process you have to make a crafting table. And for that, you need 3 logs that you have acquired and turn them into wooden planks. You also need 4 whole logs to prepare the smoker block later. So, while you are collecting logs, try not to strip them. Always keep them in excess to ensure that your process does not come to a halt.

Now, you have collected the logs but you need to transform them into wooden planks and for that go to the survival inventory crafting table. Place the logs that you have collected in one of the slots. Now, wait till all the logs get transformed into wooden planks. After this, you need to move ahead and create the crafting table. 

After you have crafted the table, you need to make a pickaxe and it should be of the simplest form. This will help you to collect the cobblestone pieces that you will need later on.

How to make a pickaxe?

To begin with, you have to make the stick of the pickaxe that would be the handle to hold this tool. To create the sticks you get two options - either you can use the survival inventory crafting table or you can rely on the crafting table. You will need four square blocks on the crafting table. Place two wooden planks one above the other, either on the left side or on the right side of the square. This will provide you with one stick. Repeat the process, as you will need 2 sticks to make a pickaxe.

When the sticks are ready, move to the crafting table again and this time you would need a 3x3 configuration. In the crafting table, place 3 blocks of planks at the top row, horizontally. And, right in the middle, place the two sticks vertically. Now, wait till these get transformed into a pickaxe. This will help you to collect the cobblestone and finally, it will provide the elements to create the furnace.

If your pickaxe is ready, then venture out and collect at least 8 pieces of cobblestone. Next, go to the crafting table menu. You need 3x3 squares of the table. Place the eight pieces of cobblestone in a circular pattern around the table, so that they can make a perimeter of the square. You need to keep one blank right in the middle of the square. Now, wait till your furnace is ready.
